In a company-wide effort to improve business productivity, customer loyalty and employee satisfaction, AAA Mid-Atlantic

will embed various Mzinga social media elements into its existing intranet and Website. A multi-phased rollout will be used to support over 2,500 employees and over 4 million customers of AAA Mid-Atlantic.
