A D S Financial Services Solutions (ADS), an IT strategy consulting and systems integration firm, announced that Stephen T. Higgins has joined ADS as Vice President, Business Development & Sales. In this position, Mr. Higgins will be responsible for initiating, developing and closing new business for ADS in their practices serving the banking industry, Enterprise Fraud & Compliance, Operational Process
Improvement, and Revenue Generation. He will also work to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and contribute to the development and execution of ADS' growth strategy.

Mr. Higgins, who has over 25 years of sales, business development and project management experience in the financial services industry, joins ADS from InforSense where he was responsible for introducing and selling predictive analytics into the Asset Management and Retail Banking industries.
Prior to InforSense, Mr. Higgins held positions as a Senior Sales Executive with FRS Global, the world leader in Basel II and banking regulatory compliance reporting, and as a Director of Business Development with CXO Systems (sold to Cisco), where he was responsible for building the partner channel and for running northeast area sales for Enterprise Risk Management and Performance Management solutions.
Mr. Higgins holds a Bachelors Degree of Science from Boston University, College of Engineering, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Rivier College. He resides in Francestown, New Hampshire.
